Biography

Wayne Clarke is the founding partner of the Global Growth Institute, a leadership and people engagement consultancy founded in 2012. He previously ran the advisory arm of Best Companies from 2007 to 2012, and earlier led employee engagement at the accounting network BDO. He is the author of How to Become a World-Class Manager (Kogan Page, 2023) and has been included in HR Magazine's HR Most Influential Thinkers list.
