Biography
Thabo Khasipe became Chief Executive Officer of the Lesotho National Development Corporation (LNDC) in November 2025, after serving as Executive Secretary of the Southern African Customs Union (SACU) from February 2023 to October 2025. His earlier career includes senior posts at the Lesotho Revenue Authority from 2003, most recently as Commissioner General of the Revenue Services Lesotho, and service as Lesotho's Ambassador to Kuwait from 2008 to 2014. He is a Chartered Financial Analyst and holds degrees in economics from the National University of Lesotho and the University of Nairobi, and an MBA from the University of the Orange Free State.
