Biography

Mosuoe Letuma is High Commissioner of the Kingdom of Lesotho to the Court of St James's. He was commissioned by His Majesty King Letsie III on 12 November 2025 and is also accredited on a non-resident basis to Spain, Portugal, Cyprus and Malta. He has more than twenty years of government service in meteorology, environmental management and climate change diplomacy, including as Lesotho's lead negotiator on Loss and Damage under the UN Framework Convention on Climate Change, and holds a BSc in Mathematics and Computer Science and an MSc in Meteorology.
