Biography

Lulu Naidoo is Chief Executive Officer of Africa Rising Global, an organisation that connects governments, businesses and investors across Africa and runs a textile programme matching international buyers with vetted African factories. According to the organisation, she leads its work on ethical sourcing, fair labour and sustainability in Africa's textile industry, working with governments, factories and industry associations. She previously spent more than 20 years in financial services, including as Head of Strategic Marketing in FirstRand's Public Sector Division.
